Electronic and Bag Policy

 

RAGSDALE ELECTRONIC AND BAG POLICY

●     Students will not use their personal device*, phone or headphones during classroom instruction.

●     Students should place their personal device*, phone and headphones in their backpack or bag (unless otherwise directed by teacher).

●     Students should take all items needed for class (chromebooks, notebooks, etc) out of their backpack.

●     All bags- including backpacks, purses, athletic bags, lunch bags, etc, will be placed in the designated location assigned by instructor.

○     Bags will not be accessed by students during class without permission.

●     Phones should not be taken out of the classroom when out on a pass (not to the bathroom).

○     1st Offense: Warning- phone place in backpack or location designated by instructor.

○     2^nd Offense: Call office

*personal device can include phones, gaming devices, or non-classroom approved devices like iPad, readers, etc.

●     In case of emergency, the classroom teacher will return any confiscated electronic devices.
